Stress Busters (Gold Series only)
Attention, busy New York City professionals! Is a jam-packed schedule of demanding personal and professional commitments taking a toll on your physical or emotional health?
In this innovative program, I integrate two complementary modalities to eradicate from your system the negative effects of stress: pain, tension, low energy, anxiety, bad mood, etc. We'll start with three 75-minute sessions of Craniosacral Technique* to melt away accumulated tensions, then follow up with three 45-minute Alexander Technique lessons, in which you will learn how to better manage your stress and keep its ill effects from returning. *Craniosacral Technique (CST) is a gentle hands-on method of detecting and correcting imbalances and restrictions in the body. Is your relationship with your pet strained by the dog's undesirable behaviors, either in the house or on the leash? Do you desperately want to learn how to firmly yet lovingly assert command over your out-of-control animal so you can more fully enjoy the pleasures of dog ownership and deepen the bond between you and your pet?
The crucial first step you must take is to become aware of and adjust the energy you are projecting in your interactions with your dog. In this program, I will teach you how to embody the calm, assertive state of mind--recommended by "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan--that dogs instinctively respect and respond to.
